Privacy Policy

We collect the information you enter in an application, plus basic technical context (referrer and campaign parameters), for one purpose: evaluating your application. We keep it for 12 months, then delete it.

Advertising measurement

If you choose "Allow measurement", we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand which recruitment ads result in completed applications. The measurement data can include the page and role viewed, event name and time, campaign parameters, browser and device context, IP address, and Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, CV, application answers, interview recordings, or other candidate content to Meta. The application works if you decline measurement. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

We follow POPIA and the GDPR. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to the address in your application confirmation, and we will act on it within 30 days.

We never sell applicant data. Candidate information is available only to the Halevora team members and service providers needed to receive, secure, and review applications. Advertising measurement data is processed by Meta only after consent and is subject to Meta's privacy terms.
