Social Media Manager (TikTok & Instagram)

Job Summary
Most social media jobs mean scheduling posts in a queue. This one means running an operation. As our Social Media Manager you own every TikTok and Instagram account we run: you hire and lead the team that posts daily, you control the content schedule, you keep every account healthy and growing, and you answer for the numbers. We built the machine. It needs an owner.
Your Role
The Operator
You take command of Halevora's entire TikTok and Instagram operation. A trained posting team already executes daily cycles across our accounts, documented procedures cover every step, and a content pipeline feeds it all. Your job is to run it: set the standards, enforce the process, catch problems before they cost us an account, and grow the team as we scale.
This is a leadership role with operational depth. One day you are interviewing a new team member, the next you are digging into why one account lost reach. You report to the founder, work European core hours, and get real authority over how the operation runs.
Ideal Candidate
- You have run TikTok or Instagram accounts at scale, not just your own profile.
- You can read an account's health from its reach, and you act before a warning becomes a restriction.
- You have hired, trained, or managed people and held them to a standard.
- You treat posting schedules as commitments, not suggestions.
- You know what each platform rewards and adjust content and cadence to match.
- You would rather enforce a boring process than improvise a clever shortcut.
- You stay calm when an account gets flagged and follow the playbook instead of panicking.
Requirements
Short-form platforms at scale
The algorithms are not a mystery to you.
You know what grows an account on TikTok and Instagram and what quietly kills one: posting cadence, engagement patterns, content variety, reach signals. You have managed multiple accounts at once and kept them all alive and moving up.
Team leadership
You build the team and run the game.
You have recruited, onboarded, and managed people before. You give direct feedback, catch sloppy work early, and make people better at their jobs. Your team knows exactly what good looks like because you defined it.
Operational discipline
Process is the product.
You run on checklists, procedures, and daily cycles. When a step gets skipped, you notice. When a process wastes time, you rebuild it. You document what you learn so the operation gets stronger every week.
Remote discipline
Nobody watches you. Nothing slips.
You have a quiet workspace, a fast and stable connection, and the self-management to lead a distributed team without supervision. Remote leadership is how you do your best work, not a fallback.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You want a job that ends when the clock says so. This team runs on an all-in mentality.
- You are looking for part-time hours or a side project. We hire full-time only.
- You take direct feedback personally. We correct fast and expect you to do the same.
- You have only ever posted for yourself. This role manages an operation, not a profile.
