Sales Team Lead

Job Summary
Halevora runs the chat sales operations behind leading online creators. You lead the team that does that work: you coach operators daily, run the playbook, and answer for the team target. The best team leads measure themselves by the team's scoreboard, and we pay for performance.
Your Role
What you actually do
You run a remote team of chat sales operators. You review their conversations, coach the people behind them, run daily check-ins and weekly reviews, and keep the playbook sharp. When a number slips, you find out why before anyone has to ask.
This is a player-coach role. You still know how to close, but you spend your energy making other people close better. We measure team revenue, conversion rate, and operator progression. The target is yours, and so is the authority to hit it.
Ideal Candidate
- You have led or coached a sales team, formally or as the person everyone already went to.
- You take pride in other people's numbers. An operator beating your old record feels like a win, not a threat.
- You think in systems. You would rather fix the playbook than rescue the same deal twice.
- You give direct, specific feedback and take it just as well.
- You are comfortable being measured monthly on a target you own alone.
Requirements
Sales coaching
You build closers, you do not just close.
You turn transcripts into teaching moments. You can read a chat conversation, name exactly where it went wrong, and show the operator what to say instead, without crushing them in the process.
Written sales fluency
The selling here happens in text.
Our revenue is made one written message at a time. You need enough hands-on chat or written sales experience to earn the team's respect and to know a good message from a lucky one.
Ownership of the number
No committees, no shared blame.
You get the team, the playbook, and the target. You report on the number weekly with causes and fixes, and you never explain a miss with someone else's name.
Availability when it counts
The team sells when subscribers are online.
Evenings and weekends are peak revenue hours. You plan coverage around them, and you are reachable when your team is in the thick of it.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You want to be the top closer. This role is measured on the team's numbers, not yours.
- You avoid hard conversations. Coaching means telling people plainly what is not working.
- You need someone above you to set the plan. Here the plan is yours to write and defend.
- You manage by dashboard alone. Our leads read the actual conversations.
