Operations Manager

Job Summary
Halevora runs the operations behind leading online creators, and this role owns the systems that keep it all moving. You design the processes, set the priorities, and coordinate a remote team so that plans turn into Tuesday-morning reality every week, without drama.
Your Role
What you actually do
You own how work moves through the company: processes, schedules, handoffs, and the follow-through in between. You see the bottleneck before it happens and change the system so it never forms. Calm here is not a mood, it is something you build.
You decide what matters when everything is urgent. In a loud week, your job is choosing what the team will not do, saying so clearly, and making sure the important work ships anyway. Plans are cheap. Shipped is everything.
Ideal Candidate
- You have run operations or coordinated projects across a remote team, and things shipped on time because of it.
- You spot bottlenecks a week before they form and fix the process, not just the instance.
- You stay calm because your systems are calm, not because you hide the pressure.
- You are comfortable being invisible when things run smoothly and accountable when they do not.
- You would rather ship a good plan today than perfect one for another week.
Requirements
Process design
Calm is a system, not a mood.
You build cadences, checklists, and handoffs a remote team can trust, and you refine them when they crack. When operations are designed properly, urgency gets quieter.
Prioritization under noise
Everything is urgent. You know what is important.
The inbox screams and the roadmap whispers. You hear both, rank ruthlessly, tell people what will wait, and protect the team's focus from the loudest voice in the room.
Follow-through
Plans are cheap. Shipped is everything.
You track commitments to done, chase the loose ends, and close loops without being reminded. Nothing you own quietly dies in a backlog.
Remote coordination
The team spans time zones. The work cannot slip between them.
You run coordination in writing, keep decisions documented, and make sure a handoff at midnight lands cleanly in someone's morning.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You need applause. When this job is done well, nobody notices, and you have to be fine with that.
- You plan more than you ship. Documents do not count as done here.
- You treat everything as equally urgent. Prioritizing means saying no out loud.
- You firefight for the adrenaline. We hire people who design the fire out of the week.
