Marketing VA

Job Summary
Halevora runs the marketing behind leading online creators, and this role keeps that machine fed. You schedule the content, upload the creatives, maintain the trackers, and run the recurring checklists, so the marketing manager and the ad specialists spend their day deciding instead of doing admin.
Your Role
What you actually do
You are the reliability layer of the marketing team. Content goes out exactly to the calendar because you scheduled it. The numbers are in the tracker every morning because you pulled them. The asset library is findable because you named every file to convention. None of it is glamorous, and all of it is load-bearing.
You work from checklists and you close them completely. When something moves sharply in the numbers, you flag it the same day. When a task repeats three times, you write it down as a procedure. The team learns fast that if it was handed to you, it is handled.
Ideal Candidate
- You have supported a marketing or content team before, and things ran smoother because you were there.
- You are fluent in spreadsheets and scheduling tools, and you learn a new tool in a day, not a week.
- You finish checklists completely: 9 of 10 done is not done to you.
- You write clearly and briefly, because a remote team runs on your written updates.
- You notice the wrong file name, the broken link, and the number that moved before anyone asks.
Requirements
Reliability on repeat work
The same tasks, every day, actually done.
Scheduling, uploading, tracking, and tidying repeat every single day. You hold the standard on day ninety exactly where it was on day one, without anyone checking behind you.
Tool fluency
Sheets, schedulers, and light editing without hand-holding.
You run spreadsheets confidently, drive posting and scheduling tools daily, and handle light asset edits like resizing and cropping. New tool, short ramp.
Written communication
Short, clear, on time.
Your updates say what changed, what is blocked, and what you need, in a few lines someone can act on. A remote team cannot function around a vague writer.
Attention to detail
You catch it before it ships.
Wrong link, wrong date, wrong crop, wrong sheet: you spot the small mistakes that make a team look sloppy, and you fix them before anyone downstream sees them.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You get bored by repetition. This job is repetition done perfectly.
- You need every task explained twice. Checklists are the explanation.
- You sit on problems. A blocked task reported at once is fine; discovered a week later, it is not.
- You want to set the strategy. This role executes it, and the path up starts with executing it well.
