Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Halevora runs the marketing behind leading online creators, and this role owns it end to end. You set the positioning, plan the campaigns, brief the specialists, and defend every decision with numbers. An idea that never reaches a number is not a strategy here, and we mean that.
Your Role
What you actually do
You write the marketing plan and then you run it. Positioning, campaigns, the content calendar, paid channels, and measurement all report into one head: yours. You brief designers and ad specialists, hold the deadlines, and read the results yourself.
You spend a real budget and answer for it. When something works you scale it. When it does not, you say so plainly and change course. We measure outcomes, not activity, and the strategy carries your name.
Ideal Candidate
- You have run marketing budgets and can talk about CAC, conversion, and payback without notes.
- You are done executing other people's plans. You want your name on the strategy.
- You lead design, numbers, and deadlines at the same time without dropping any of them.
- You defend decisions with data and drop them the same way when the data turns.
- You can say the words 'I was wrong, here is what we change' out loud, in front of the team.
Requirements
Commercial thinking
Every idea has to reach a number.
You connect positioning, creative, and channel choices to revenue. You know which metric each campaign exists to move, and you can explain the path from the idea to the result in plain words.
Budget ownership
You spend real money and answer for it.
You have planned and spent marketing budgets before, tracked what they returned, and adjusted while the campaign was still live rather than in the postmortem.
Cross-discipline leadership
One plan, every discipline.
Marketing here is a whole system: positioning, content, paid traffic, and measurement. You brief designers, coordinate ad specialists, and hold every thread of the plan without one snapping.
Honest measurement
The report is part of the work.
You report results with causes and next moves, not decorated charts. When the numbers are bad, your report says so first and loudest.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You polish presentations for a living. This role is measured on outcomes, not slides.
- You have never spent a marketing budget you had to answer for.
- You want a specialist lane. This role holds every thread of the plan at once.
- You treat reporting as an afterthought. Here the numbers are the conversation.
