Google Ads Expert

Job Summary
Halevora runs the paid acquisition behind leading online creators, and search is where intent lives. You build and run Google Ads accounts around what people actually type, keep the structure clean, and answer for efficiency. Every cent in the account has a job, and you can name it.
Your Role
What you actually do
You own the Google Ads accounts end to end: intent research, account structure, bidding, budgets, and the reporting behind them. You build accounts where every campaign has a job and every query has a reason to be there. Anyone can add keywords. Few can build an account that stays readable and profitable six months later.
The click is half the job. You align queries, ads, and landing pages into one honest promise, and you measure on conversion, not clickthrough. We pay for performance and we mean the business kind.
Ideal Candidate
- You have built and run Google Ads accounts with real budgets and can explain every structural choice you made.
- You trust what people type into a search bar over what any survey says.
- You keep accounts clean. Bloat, overlapping campaigns, and orphan keywords genuinely bother you.
- You care what the landing page does with the click, and you say so when it wastes one.
- You treat budgets like your own money and feel wasted spend a little too personally.
Requirements
Search craft
Intent first, keywords second.
You research what real users type, group it by intent, and write ads that answer the query instead of chasing volume. Match types, negatives, and query audits are habits, not chores.
Account architecture
Clean accounts, clean data, clean decisions.
You structure campaigns so each one has a clear job, budgets do not fight each other, and the reporting still makes sense months later. You can defend the architecture out loud.
Efficiency accountability
Every cent has a job.
You manage bidding and budgets against a target, prove efficiency in the numbers, and cut waste before anyone asks about it.
Landing alignment
The click is half the job.
You check that the query, the ad, and the page make one honest promise. When they do not, you flag the mismatch and help fix it instead of buying more clicks.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You call adding keywords account management. Structure is the actual work here.
- You report clickthrough when the question was profit.
- You stop at the click and consider the landing page someone else's problem.
- You have never had to defend spend efficiency to the person paying the bill.
