A client relationship manager holding a focused walking meeting with a business client

Job Summary

Halevora runs the business operations behind leading online creators: chat sales, content, and marketing. This role owns the relationship with those creators. You are the person they ask for by name: you set expectations, give honest updates, stay calm in tense weeks, and turn good months into long partnerships. The creators we represent include adult-content creators, and this role works fully behind the scenes in a standard professional capacity.

Your Role

What you actually do

You own a portfolio of creator relationships end to end. You run the check-ins, translate each creator's goals into clear briefs for our teams, track every promise to delivery, and pick up the phone when a message says 'can we talk today'. Renewals are won long before the renewal call.

You are the creator's advocate inside Halevora. You argue their side in rooms they never see, push our teams when delivery slips, and tell the creator the truth even when it is uncomfortable. Retention here is built one honest conversation at a time.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have managed client or partner relationships and kept them through at least one rough patch.
  • You stay calm on tense calls and lower the temperature instead of matching it.
  • You promise carefully and deliver completely, and the people you work with know it.
  • You give honest updates even when the news is bad, because trust survives bad news but not spin.
  • You are professional and at ease working with creators across the creator economy, including adult-content creators.

Requirements

Relationship ownership

Clients stay because of you.

You run the full relationship: expectations, updates, escalations, and renewals. When a creator has a question, you are the first call, and you like it that way.

Calm under pressure

You are the steady one on the call.

When a partnership hits a tense week, you de-escalate, get to the real issue, and leave the creator feeling looked after rather than managed.

Advocacy

You represent the client when they are not in the room.

You push our internal teams on the creator's behalf, hold delivery to what was promised, and never let 'it slipped' become an acceptable answer.

Discretion

You see the inside of a creator's business.

You handle earnings, plans, and personal context confidentially, without exception. What you learn in this role stays in this role.

What You'll Do

001Own a portfolio of creator relationships: onboarding, regular check-ins, and long-term planning.
002Set expectations carefully and track every promise to delivery.
003Turn creator goals into clear briefs for our sales, content, and marketing teams.
004De-escalate tense moments and turn them into stronger partnerships.
005Advocate for your creators internally and hold our teams to what was promised.
006Report on relationship health honestly, including the uncomfortable parts.

You Shouldn't Apply If

  • You rely on charm over follow-through. Charm gets one renewal. Honesty gets the rest.
  • You avoid delivering bad news. This role tells the truth early, in plain words.
  • You take tense messages personally. The calm one on the call has to be you.
  • You are not comfortable working with adult-content creators, even fully behind the scenes.
